Every edition follows the same arc: arrive at 16:30, final whistle at 19:00, then tapas and a DJ at the beach bar until late.

Opening ceremony
Format walkthrough. Icebreaker games: memory, strategy, teamwork. Loud, fast, no overthinking.

The surprise games
New games every edition. Live scoreboard, one big finale.

Medals + tapas + DJ
Awards, group photo, then tapas, sunset, a DJ. Optional afterparty at Sun Sea Bar.

From icebreakers that get strangers high-fiving (or hugging) in the first five minutes, to a Minefield finale that gets everyone laughing and creating unique memories. The line-up changes every edition.
Tug of War
The natural closer. Everyone plays, everyone shouts, everyone ends up in the sand.

Sea Relay
Swim out, round the buoy, run back and tag. The most requested addition from the Edition II survey.

Water Balloon Toss
Pairs toss and step back. Cooling, hilarious and everyone can play.

Minefield
Three blindfolded runners are guided by two callers through an obstacle course while collecting objects against the clock.

A reaction-sprint chase in pairs. The whole group explodes into a race at once — instant adrenaline, loud crowd.

Retro, ridiculous, extremely photogenic.

What to bring
- A big bottle of water. Non-negotiable. Barcelona in July is brutal sun, you'll thank yourself by 17:00.
- Sunscreen. Re-apply between games. The sand reflects everything back at you.
- Swimsuit + a top you can move and get wet in.
